Refund policy

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order. 

For reasons of hygiene and safety, products that have been opened cannot be returned. The right of return is valid only if the item remains unused, in its original state, and is packed in its undamaged original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels, and return shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once the return package is shipped, you will receive a receipt. Keep this document until you are notified that your return has been received and processed, as it serves as proof of return.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days from the date we receive the returned product. The reimbursement applies solely to returned goods and will only be processed if the item is received in the same condition as originally delivered.

We reserve the right to delay the refund until we either receive the items back or you provide valid proof of return—whichever happens first.

All refunds are made through the same payment method used for the initial purchase. For example, if you paid with a debit card, the refund will be credited to that same card.
